Is there a way to avoid waiting in line?
For $29.99 per person you will receive a FRIGHTPASS valid for both haunted houses to move you through the lines quicker.

What is a FRIGHTPASS and how do I get one?
FRIGHTPASS give you rapid access to both haunted houses
on peak nights of operation!
Purchase your FRIGHTPASS and then when you arrive at 4D FEAR FACTORY go straight to the Will Call box (avoiding the ticket line) to get your tickets.

Are the monsters allowed to touch you?
The actors in 4D FEAR FACTORY will not touch you. However, they do get very close. Occasionally you may brush up against their costumes or props. You may also come into contact with some of the sets.

Are there any age restrictions?
4D FEAR FACTORY is recommended for adults and teens, but younger kids may come if parents choose to bring them. Carrying babies though is NOT recommended. There are no special prices for children and no refunds if anyone decides not to finish the haunt. There are many emergency exits throughout each attraction in case anyone gets too scared to continue

Is 4D FEAR FACTORY wheelchair accessible?
Yes, but in the some dark areas, staff assistance will make navigation easier.

Is there a lot of smoke in the haunted house?
We do use fog machines at 4D FEAR FACTORY. Should you find the smoke too intense there are emergency exits throughout the attraction .

Are there strobe lights?
Yes, we do use strobe lights occasionally.

Can I go in if I'm pregnant?
4D FEAR FACTORY Haunted House is not recommended for visitors who are pregnant, have heart conditions or are in general poor health.

Is it a ride?
Visitors walk through all the attractions at 4D FEAR FACTORY.

Can my friends and I wear our Halloween costumes when we come to 4D FEAR FACTORY?
No. For safety reasons, we are sorry to say, patrons are not permitted to wear costumes.

Are your attractions open if it rains?
Yes! Our haunted houses are inside. The area for the box office line and lines to enter the haunts are outside, but on rainy nights we use tents in those areas.

Once we've used our ticket can we go through again with the same ticket?
No. A new ticket is required for each visit.

Do you have hotels in your area?
There are several hotels nearby. Most exits along I-680 have hotels, including Extended Stay America, which is 3.3 miles from 4D FEAR FACTORY.

Do your attractions have security?
Yes. 4D FEAR FACTORY has a security team. We seldom, if ever, have a problem that actually requires security but we have it just in case. We also have an EMT on staff each night.

Can we be thrown out of the park for any reason?
Yes. We do not allow pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, etc. We have a list of rules just like anyone else that must be adhered to for your own safety.
Violation of these rules will usually bring a warning and then being asked to leave without a refund.

Can we be injured at your park?
We've never had any serious injuries at any of our attractions in 20 years of operation. Running is the main cause of minor injuries. Make sure to follow the rules and DON'T run and you should be fine!

Do you serve alcoholic beverages?
YES, we will be selling beer and wine

Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is allowed only in the designated areas. Smoking is NOT allowed indoors, or in the haunts.

Can we take flash photos of your haunted houses?
NO!!! Photography of any sort is not allowed in the haunts. Haunted houses are dark and peoples eyes (especially the actors) adjust to the low light. When you flash your camera you're not only ruining other customers' experience but you're hurting the actors' eyes. Also, the fog used inside the attractions ruins flash photography.
The monsters working outside will quite often pose for pictures.

What can't we bring with us inside your haunted houses?
No pets! No weapons! No outside alcoholic beverages! No cameras! No laser pointers or flashlights! No food or beverages!

Do you sell beverages and souvenirs at your attractions?
Yes. We sell bottles of water and cans of soda. Our gift shop sells souvenir t-shirts, coffee mugs, vampire fangs & other fun things...

Are the attractions the same this year?
The themes of our attractions change dramatically each year.
Expect new effects, sets, and scares!

Can we win free tickets?
Occasionally, radio stations or sponsors may have free ticket giveaways.
