By using or visiting the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this Site. GYRO's Haunted Attractions ("GYRO") reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page of the Site periodically. If you violate these Terms of Use, GYRO may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

GYRO does not promise that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, nor that it will provide specific results from use of the Site or any content, or link on it. Privacy Policy

This policy outlines practices for the Site. GYRO respects the privacy concerns of our Web site visitors. As a general policy, no personal information, such as names, addresses, or e-mail address, is automatically collected from your visit to the Site. Such information is only known to GYRO when it is voluntarily submitted to us. Some of this information may be forwarded to other employees within GYRO for the purpose of response or customer service. This information is not disclosed outside GYRO. Use of IP Addresses

An IP address is a number that's automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet provider whenever you're surfing the Web. When you request pages from GYRO, our servers log your IP address. GYRO collects IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, to report aggregate information to our sponsors, and to audit the use of our Site. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable, which means that your session will be logged, but you are anonymous to us. We may use your IP addresses in cooperation with your Internet provider to identify you if we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with our Terms and Conditions or to protect our Site, service, customers, or others.
