WARNING! THIS IS A PG-13 RATED EVENT This exhibit is an authentic simulation of many grotesque and shocking events. It is not recommended for people with heart problems, recent surgery, pregnancy, or frequent nausea. Young children and senior citizens are not encouraged to attend. Fog machines and strobe lights are used throughout the event. GYRO's 3D Fear Factory does not allow the following items into the event, including but not limited to: flashlights, cameras, lighters, weapons of any type, knives, chains, drugs, alcohol, guns, glass containers, smoke bombs, masks or any items deemed dangerous or a hazard to Fear Factory personnal. Consficated items will NOT be returned. Please leave these items at home or in your vehicle. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be admitted. All customers are subject to search. Masks and costume props are not allowed in any of the Haunted Mazes. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to this event, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event. Tickets bought from unauthorized sources may have been lost, stolen or obtained improperly. The management reserves the right to deny admission to The Holder of any such ticket. Any purchases from unauthorized sources are at your own risk. Use or sale of any duplicated tickets will be subject to prosecution and denial of admission. All sums received by a person reselling a ticket to this event may be recovered by Monster Magic LLC together with the damages, attorney fees, court costs, and injunctive relief, as determined bu the court. This ticket cannot be replace if lost, stolen or destroyed. Valid only for the event it is issued. Neither this ticket nor the artwork can be used in advertising materials or promotion without the consent of the Monster Magic LLC. The ticket holder consents to the use of their image without payment for news, commercial, promotional, or publicity use. This ticket is a revocable license and will be taken if failure to comply with posted and stated regulations, including but not limited to: possession of weapons, knives, chains, drugs, alcohol, guns, glass containers, smoke bombs.
