Ticket Refund Policy
Welcome to GYRO's 3D Fear Factory, GYRO's Festival
of Fear and GYRO's Scream Fest. The following are
the ticket refund policies or "Policies" that govern
the purchase of tickets for GYRO's 3D Fear Factor,
GYRO's Festival of Fear and/or GYRO's Scream Fest
Haunted Houses ("Event"), whether through the GYRO's
3D Fear Factory or GYRO's Haunts Web site ("Site"), the onsite
Box Office, the Little Shop of Horrors specialty souvenir
and Halloween merchandise store or Kiosk ("Store"),
or in person at or by telephone to our Corporate Office.
By using or visiting the Site, you expressly agree to be
bound by these Policies and to follow these Policies and
all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site.
GYRO's 3D Fear Factory, GYRO's Festival of Fear and
GYRO's Scream Fest (collectively "GYRO") reserves the
right to change these Policies at any time, effective
immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this
page of the Site periodically.
If you violate the Terms of Use,
GYRO may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from
future use of the Site, and/or take appropriate legal
actions against you. |
- Before purchasing tickets through the Site, carefully
review the location selected (San Jose, Sacramento,
or Tempe) is correct.
- There are NO refunds, exchanges, or cancellations
on any order once it is submitted to us.
- Lost, stolen or damaged tickets will not replaced.
Once the tickets are in your possession, they are your
responsibility. Please keep your tickets in a safe place.
- Advanced tickets purchased through the Site, Store,
or telephone are valid until the close of the last day of
the Event, October 31, 2006. If you believe you cannot
attend the Event before this date, you may give your
tickets to the person or persons of your choice to be
used before October 31, 2006.
- No refund will be issued if tickets are not used
before the close of the last day of the Event,
October 31, 2006.
- Online orders placed after 1PM PT may not
be processed until the next day.
- GYRO accepts several methods of payment to accommodate
your needs, including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
and Discover.

The holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risk
and danger incidental to this event, whether occurring
prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event.
Tickets bought from unauthorized sources may have been
lost, stolen or obtained improperly. The management
reserves the right to deny admission to The Holder of
any such ticket. Any purchases from unauthorized sources
are at your own risk. Use or sale of any duplicated
tickets will be subject to prosecution and denial of
admission. All sums received by a person reselling a
ticket to this event may be recovered by
Monster Magic LLC
together with the damages, attorney fees, court costs,
and injunctive relief, as determined bu the court.
This ticket cannot be replace if lost, stolen or destroyed.
Valid only for the event it is issued. Neither this
ticket nor the artwork can be used in advertising
materials or promotion without the consent of the
Monster Magic LLC.
The ticket holder consents to the use of their image
without payment for news, commercial, promotional, or
publicity use. This ticket is a revocable license and
will be taken if failure to comply with posted and
stated regulations, including but not limited to:
possession of weapons, knives, chains, drugs, alcohol,
guns, glass containers, smoke bombs. Anyone under the
influence of alcohol or drugs will not be admitted.
